Dealing with Difficult People
Respiratory therapists frequently work in stressful situations and with persons who are described as “difficult.” This presentation will help the participants recognize core traits of difficult people and identify how these behaviors can impact the workplace culture as well as provide strategies to effectively manage the situation.
Successful completion of this course requires a score of 70% on the post-test.
